Terms & Conditions
- A minimum of 30 nights stay is required.
- No shortening of stay is allowed. In the event the materialized room nights are less than 30, daily rates will be reverted to the prevailing Flexible Rate.
- Weekly settlement of room charges.
- A nightly surcharge of $60++ per night applies over selected dates.
- Prepayment of first 15 nights fees and taxes due 7 days before arrival. Cancellation penalty of first 15 nights fees and taxes if cancelled 7 days before arrival.
